dt-bindings: serial: uartlite: drop $ref for -bits property
Fixes warning:
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/serial/xlnx,opb-uartlite.yaml: properties:xlnx,data-bits: {'const': '$ref'} is not allowed for '$ref'
hint: Standard unit suffix properties don't need a type $ref
