Fix some spelling mistakes in comments found by "codespell":

poiter ==> pointer
representaion ==> representation
uppon ==> upon
independend ==> independent
aquired ==> acquired
mis-match ==> mismatch
scrach ==> scratch

Analagous ==> Analogous
