All avs drivers have now been moved to their corresponding soc specific
directories. Additionally, they don't depend on the POWER_AVS Kconfig
anymore. Therefore, let's simply drop the drivers/power/avs directory
altogether.

The avs drivers are all SoC specific drivers that doesn't share any code.
Instead they are located in a directory, mostly to keep similar
functionality together. From a maintenance point of view, it makes better
sense to collect SoC specific drivers like these, into the SoC specific

Therefore, let's move the qcom-cpr driver to the qcom directory.

Clang warns (trimmed for brevity):

../drivers/power/avs/qcom-cpr.c:520:13: warning: variable 'new_uV' is

[-Wsometimes-uninitialized]
Due to the fact that Clang's static analysis happens before any
optimization passes are taken into account, it cannot see that both
branches in the if statement must be taken because dir cannot be
something other than UP or DOWN due to the check at the top of this
function. Change the else if condition to else to fix this false
positive.

CPR (Core Power Reduction) is a technology that reduces core power on a
CPU or other device. It reads voltage settings in efuse from product
test process as initial settings.
Each OPP corresponds to a "corner" that has a range of valid voltages
for a particular frequency. While the device is running at a particular
frequency, CPR monitors dynamic factors such as temperature, etc. and
adjusts the voltage for that frequency accordingly to save power
and meet silicon characteristic requirements.
This driver is based on an RFC by Stephen Boyd[1], which in turn is
based on work by others on codeaurora.org[2].

functions
When calling debugfs functions, there is no need to ever check the
return value. The function can work or not, but the code logic should
never do something different based on this.
And even when not checking the return value, no need to cast away the
call to (void), as these functions were never a "must check" type of a
function, so remove that odd cast.

At over 4000 #includes, <linux/platform_device.h> is the 9th most
#included header file in the Linux kernel. It does not need
<linux/mod_devicetable.h>, so drop that header and explicitly add
<linux/mod_devicetable.h> to source files that need it.
4146 #include <linux/platform_device.h>
After this patch, there are 225 files that use <linux/mod_devicetable.h>,
for a reduction of around 3900 times that <linux/mod_devicetable.h>
does not have to be read & parsed.

We are currently probing smartreflex with omap_device while we are
already probing smartreflex related interconnect target module with
ti-sysc driver and dts data.
Before we can flip things on for ti-sysc, we need to prepare the
smartreflex driver a bit:
1. The smartreflex clock is really for the whole interconnect target
module. So it may be configured at the parent device level with
ti-sysc
2. With ti-sysc, we have the child device manage interconnect target
module directly if pm_runtime_irq_safe() is set and there is only
one child. In that case nobody else is going to call pm_runtime_get
and put, so we need to add these calls to idle smartreflex properly
after probe if not fully configured
3. With ti-sysc, the parent driver may rebind. So we want to use
platform_driver_register() and don't want probe to be __init
Note that this patch depends on the related changes to ti-sysc driver
and omap_device probing to prevent both ti-sysc and omap_device to
try to probe smartreflex.

This driver creates a number of const structures that it stores in the
data field of an of_device_id array.
The data field of an of_device_id structure has type const void *, so
there is no need for a const-discarding cast when putting const values
into such a structure.
Furthermore, adding const to the declaration of the location that
receives a const value from such a field ensures that the compiler
will continue to check that the value is not modified. The
const-discarding cast on the extraction from the data field is
thus no longer needed.

The rockchip io-domain driver currently only depends on ARCH_ROCKCHIP
itself. This makes it possible to select the power-domain driver, but
not the POWER_AVS class and results in the iodomain-driver not getting
build in this case.
So add the additional dependency, which also results in the driver
config option now being placed nicely into the AVS submenu.

IO domain voltages on some Rockchip SoCs are variable but need to be
kept in sync between the regulators and the SoC using a special
register.
A specific example using rk3288:
- If the regulator hooked up to a pin like SDMMC0_VDD is 3.3V then
bit 7 of GRF_IO_VSEL needs to be 0. If the regulator hooked up to
that same pin is 1.8V then bit 7 of GRF_IO_VSEL needs to be 1.
Said another way, this driver simply handles keeping bits in the SoC's
general register file (GRF) in sync with the actual value of a voltage
hooked up to the pins.
Note that this driver specifically doesn't include:
- any logic for deciding what voltage we should set regulators to
- any logic for deciding whether regulators (or internal SoC blocks)
should have power or not have power
If there were some other software that had the smarts of making
decisions about regulators, it would work in conjunction with this
driver. When that other software adjusted a regulator's voltage then
this driver would handle telling the SoC about it. A good example is
vqmmc for SD. In that case the dw_mmc driver simply is told about a
regulator. It changes the regulator between 3.3V and 1.8V at the
right time. This driver notices the change and makes sure that the
SoC is on the same page.

SmartReflex driver interface is natively divided to two parts:
- external SmartReflex interface
- interface between SmartReflex driver and SmartReflex Class
Functions which belong to AVS class interface can use
struct omap_sr* instead of struct voltatedomain*, to provide a
direct connection between SR driver and SR class. This allows
us to optimize and not do additional lookups where none is
required.
sr_disable_errgen() and sr_configure_errgen() are interface
functions between SR driver and SR class. They are typically
used by Class driver to configure error generator module during
SmartReflex enable/disable sequence.
Now they take struct omap_sr* as input parameter.

DRIVER_NAME was undefined for SmartReflex. Now it is
defined with valid value "smartreflex". It is needed
to define proper value for:
MODULE_ALIAS("platform:" DRIVER_NAME);

Runtime PM should be disabled for device on driver remove,
otherwise runtime PM will be not balanced, and this will cause
an error message, on next driver probe.

vpboundsintr_en is available inside the IP block as an re-sycned
version and one which is not. Due to this, there is an 1 sysclk
cycle window where the SR_SInterruptz signal could be asserted low.
IF, intr_en is cleared on the exact same cycle as the irqclr, an
additional pulse is generated which indicates for VP that
an additional adjustment of voltage is required.
This results in VP doing two voltage adjustments for the SRERR
(based on configuration, upto 4 steps), instead of the needed
1 step.
Due to the unexpected pulse from AVS which breaks the AVS-VP
communication protocol, VP also ends up in a stuck condition by
entering a state where VP module remains non-responsive
to any futher AVS adjustment events. This creates the symptom
called "TRANXDONE Timeout" scenario.
By disabling errgen prior to disable of intr_en, this situation
can be avoided.
