Merge branch 'pci/hotplug'
- Fix infinite loop in pciehp IRQ handler on power fault (Lukas Wunner)
- Removed commented-out ibmphp functions (Vihas Mak)
- Fix pciehp lockdep errors on Thunderbolt undock (Hans de Goede)
