wifi: iwlwifi: Enable loading of reduce-power tables into several segments
Replace the field reduce_power_dram with a struct that holds data about the reduced-power tables drams regions. Generalize load_payloads_segments() to work for both pnvm tables and reduction power tables. Make required adjustments in the data structures.
