net: wireless: rtlwifi: rtl8192de: phy.c: Cleaning up uninitialized variable

This was largely found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck. Signed-off-by: Rickard Strandqvist <rickard_strandqvist@spectrumdigital.se> Signed-off-by: John W.
