Memory controller drivers for v5.16
1. Renesas RPC: fix unaligned bus access and QSPI data transfers in
manual modes.
2. Renesas RPC: select RESET_CONTROLLER as it is necessary for
operation.
3. FSL IFC: fix error paths.
4. Broadcom: allow building as module.
