From fac7757e1fb05b75c8e22d4f8fe2f6c9c4d7edca Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Anshuman Khandual Date: Wed, 30 Jun 2021 18:53:13 -0700 Subject: mm: define default value for FIRST_USER_ADDRESS Currently most platforms define FIRST_USER_ADDRESS as 0UL duplication the same code all over. Instead just define a generic default value (i.e 0UL) for FIRST_USER_ADDRESS and let the platforms override when required. This makes it much cleaner with reduced code. Here is the attempt to start cleaning it up by splitting out panic and oops helpers. There are several purposes of doing this: - dropping dependency in bug.h - dropping a loop by moving out panic_notifier.h - unload kernel.h from something which has its own domain At the same time convert users tree-wide to use new headers, although for the time being include new header back to kernel.h to avoid twisted indirected includes for existing users.
