The firmware interface also defines events generated by
firmware on the device. As the get/set primitives the
events are likely to diverge between the vendors so this
commit adds support for per-vendor handling. The number
of events may differ so we let the vendor-specific code
allocate the struct brcmf_fweh_info which contains array
of event handlers. The existing event enumeration will be
used by the higher layers and thus are common definitions.
The vendor-specific code can provide a mapping table for
converting the common definition to the vendor-specific
firmware event definition and vice-versa.

The usage of in_interrupt() in drivers is phased out and Linus clearly
requested that code which changes behaviour depending on context should
either be seperated or the context be conveyed in an argument passed by the
caller, which usually knows the context.
brcmf_fweh_process_event() uses in_interrupt() to select the allocation
mode GFP_KERNEL/GFP_ATOMIC. Aside of the above reasons this check is
incomplete as it cannot detect contexts which just have preemption or
interrupts disabled.
All callchains leading to brcmf_fweh_process_event() can clearly identify
the calling context. Convey a 'gfp' argument through the callchains and let
the callers hand in the appropriate GFP mode.
This has also the advantage that any change of execution context or
preemption/interrupt state in these callchains will be detected by the
memory allocator for all GFP_KERNEL allocations.

For USB there is no separate channel being used to pass events
from firmware to the host driver and as such are passed over the
data path. In order to detect mock event messages an additional
check is needed on event subtype. This check is added conditionally
using unlikely() keyword.

The firmware may have supplicant code built-in. This is detected
by the driver and indicated in the wiphy features flags. User-space
can use this flag to determine whether or not to provide the
pre-shared key material in the nl80211 CONNECT command.

The variable bsscfgidx is used in different places with different
names, e.g. bsscfg, bssidx, bsscfg_idx. This patch cleans this up
by using bsscfgidx everywhere.
