scripts/gen_initramfs_list.sh: teach INITRAMFS_ROOT_UID and INITRAMFS_ROOT_GID that -1 means "current user".
Teach INITRAMFS_ROOT_UID and INITRAMFS_ROOT_GID that -1 means "current user".
