Pull seccomp fixes from Kees Cook:
"This gets the seccomp selftests running again on powerpc and sh, and
fixes an audit reporting oversight noticed in both seccomp and ptrace.

- Fix PF_SUPERPRIV audit marking in seccomp and ptrace (Mickaël
