tools: Add kmem_cache_alloc_lru()
Turn kmem_cache_alloc() into a wrapper around kmem_cache_alloc_lru().
Fixes: 9bbdc0f32409 ("xarray: use kmem_cache_alloc_lru to allocate xa_node")
