tools/power turbostat: hide SKL counters, when not requested
Skylake has some new counters, and they were erroneously
exempt from --show and --hide
eg.
turbostat --quiet --show CPU
CPU Totl%C0 Any%C0 GFX%C0 CPUGFX%
