PM: sleep: core: Rename DPM_FLAG_LEAVE_SUSPENDED
Rename DPM_FLAG_LEAVE_SUSPENDED to DPM_FLAG_MAY_SKIP_RESUME which
matches its purpose more closely.
No functional impact.
