scsi: ipr: Set no_report_opcodes for RAID arrays
Since ipr RAID arrays do not support the MAINTENANCE_IN /
MI_REPORT_SUPPORTED_OPERATION_CODES, set no_report_opcodes to prevent it
from being sent.
