Merge branch 'kvm-master' into HEAD
x86:
* Use SRCU to protect zap in __kvm_set_or_clear_apicv_inhibit()
* Make argument order consistent for kvcalloc()
* Userspace API fixes for DEBUGCTL and LBRs
