KVM: nSVM: clean up tsc_offset update
Use l1_tsc_offset to compute svm->vcpu.arch.tsc_offset and svm->vmcb->control.tsc_offset, instead of relying on hsave. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
