KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: Extract PMU save/restore operations as C-callable functions
This pulls out the assembler code that is responsible for saving and restoring the PMU state for the host and guest into separate functions so they can be used from an alternate entry path. The calling convention is made compatible with C.
