Merge tag 'timers-conversion-next5' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kees/linux into timers/core
Pull the 5th batch of timer conversions from Kees Cook
- qla2xxx patches have passed testing
- ipvs patches have been Acked
- prepare for more tree-wide DEFINE_TIMER() changes
